Altera Sales is looking for a strong and inclusive sales leader to lead PSG’s Sales and FAE teams in the Asia Pacific and Japan Region. As the leader of PSG’s APJ Region, you will be accountable for development and execution of PSG’s sales strategy to exceed sales KPI's and OKR's.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meet or exceed regional revenue and design win goals, in line with PSG’s short and long term growth objectives
Establish strategic relationships with key decision makers at key and emerging accounts and
Apply knowledge of PSG product roadmap to influence customer decisions
Ensure customer needs are clearly represented to PSG’s Product Planning, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders in a timely manner
Partner across the organization to set the APJ customer engagement strategy and execute a rigorous and integrated plan to achieve PSG APJ business objectives within budget
Accurately manage and forecast the business as part of our long-term planning process
Build a strong and diverse sales team that attracts and develops the best talent in the industry
As a leader, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, build a strong talent pipeline, develop employees, and manage performance
Develop and communicate a powerful and clear organizational vision, connect the team to PSG’s purpose, Sales Strategy, Sales Process and discipline
Demonstrate a commanding knowledge of the market and competitive environment
Qualifications
Demonstratable track record for achieving results in a sales leadership position while managing to budgets
Deep experience of FPGA technology, customer, and sales cycles
Strong and proven sales, communication, marketing, and executive relationship management skills
Experience in implementing an outcome based selling process across all customer engagements
A comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies
Proven track records of inspirational and inclusive leadership with the ability to build teams, develop talent, and drive connections across a diverse organization
Ability to recognize dynamic shifts in the environment and adjusts the leadership and organization on an ongoing basis with a proven ability to embrace and drive change
Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels in a matrixed environment
Demonstrable understanding of global and local markets, channels, ecosystems, partners, as well as current and future sales motions
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
