A GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst is knowledgeable about the stock processes and programs run by both the HRGO organization and the Global Payroll and Stock organization within HRGS, to enable maximum collaboration. Responsible for executing, auditing, and reporting the outcome of the processes assigned to the role. Highly oriented towards an outstanding employee experience in the delivery of stock and payroll services. The role has as expectation to identify process/execution gaps and assist in the design of solutions for them. The GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst will be a flexible function that may also collaborate with other payroll functions within a defined scope, to enable strong collaboration and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum qualifications:
-Advanced student or having completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
-2+ years of Shared Service Center experience.
-Upper intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
-Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc).
-Advanced English (B2+).
-Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in databases management, data extraction and reports creation (Excel, PowerBI, Tableu)
Knowledge in Workday, payroll stock or other transactional HR processes
