• In case of invoice issues or other questions contacting the supplier in a proactive way and following up cases to get resolved.

• Tracking supplier correspondence according to guidelines.

• Supporting colleagues, acting independently within scope of responsibilities.

• speak fluent English

• Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge is considered as an advantage

• have excellent communication skills

• are flexible and able to adapt to changes
