LOCATION:
Markham, Ontario
ONSITE/HYBRID: These roles require the student to work full-time (37.5 hours a week), either in a hybrid or onsite work structure, throughout the co-op/intern term.
PROGRAM TERM:
- This role is a 4 month position
- Fall 2024: September 3, 2024 – December 20, 2024
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Do you want to help improve experiences of cutting-edge AMD products? If so, AMD Hardware teams are the right place for you. We develop applications for external and internal use as well as large scale systems that improve the productivity of AMD Hardware organization.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
One or more than the following:
- C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, Python, Perl, Spice, Ruby, Chrome OS, MATLAB.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux and/or Android operating system development
- Experience with software development processes and tools such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub) and profilers is a plus
- ASIC Design and Verification.
- ML and AI.
- System/Board Design, Circuit Board Layout, Signal Integrity, Power Design.
- Hardware Automation, Validation and Test.
- UNIX and JTAG tools.
- Pre-Silicon and/or Post Silicon platforms.
- Computer architecture, CPU & GPU Architecture.
