Strategy and Transaction Practice gives organizations and their investors the confidence that the results they report give a true and fair picture of their business. As entry level employees, SaT Interns are members of multiple client engagement teams. They receive on-the-job training to acquire practical experience in applying professional standards and firm policy and procedures on client engagements.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Become familiar with the types of services that the firm provides
• Business valuation of stakes in public and private companies
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, analysis of comparables (application of income and market approach)
• Financial modeling
• Due Diligence of companies for Mergers & Acquisitions and other purposes
• Business and industry analysis
• Market study
• Participate in preparation of valuation reports and presentations (Real estate, Business etc.)

Technical skills and requirements:

• Education in finance or economics
• Strong academic record
• Relevant experience in corporate finance will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance, data analysis and investment analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Georgian is a must
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and goal orientation
• Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel & MS word in particular)
• High level of accuracy
