Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Cooperating with Intel team and Facility Management supplier (JLL) to ensure reliable and efficient operation of Intel Gdansk Facilities.
  • Performing quality checks in preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensuring documentation from such is correctly controlled and archived in Maximo.
  • Supporting initiatives to optimize utilities consumption and reduce environmental impact of IGK campus in connection with Intel RISE 2030 goals.
  • Managing process of utility payments to ensure invoices are paid on time and according to agreed process.
  • Cooperating with engineering team to ensure correct operation of Building Management System (BMS).
  • Supporting commissioning activities of small construction projects.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Availability of at least 3 days per week.
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English language.
  • Good knowledge of office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).


Preferred qualification:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Software
  • Experience working in Facilities or Construction Industry.
  • Interest in and knowledge of programs to reduce the company's environmental impact, e.g. LEED, ISO50001.
  • Experience working with and knowledge about Building/Facility Management Systems.
  • Financial/Cost/ROI analysis.
