Job Description
Summary
Intern will receive training in interdisciplinary research methods used in bioethics and health policy research.
Job Purpose
Provides temporary administrative or laboratory support to a department while gaining practical work experience.
Job Duties
- Provides assistance with and contribute to sociological studies on health and medicine topics.
- Helps with data management.
- Assists with cleaning transcripts and qualitative coding.
- Conducts literature searches and summarize information.
- Builds reports based on findings for research team and collaborators.
- Assists with preparation of papers and presentations for dissemination of findings.
- Attends project team meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate (or equivalent secondary education) or enrolled in an institution of higher education.
