We are seeking an enthusiastic people leader and experienced product manager to lead the Technical Project Management team in our Developer Programs organization. • Communicating effectively both vertically and horizontally, providing regular updates to project teams and senior executives on plans, roadmaps, achievements, and challenges.

  • Taking a hands-on role in leading the activities of cross-functional business and engineering teams to deliver outstanding products and services for both internal and external audiences.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

  • 8+ years of proven experience leading software projects in a global, matrix organization, including at least 2 years directly managing diverse teams of product or project managers.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle, including tools such as JIRA.

  • Confidence in setting priorities and guiding teams through multiple concurrent projects in an ambiguous yet creative work environment.

  • A poised leader who excels in building interpersonal relationships and is comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • A passion for data quality, operational efficiency, and standardization.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated humility, curiosity, and active listening skills.

  • Experience leading Salesforce development projects and business data products.

  • Knowledge of NVIDIA’s developer programs, hardware technology, and software products.

NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's an outstanding legacy of innovation that’s motivated by extraordinary technology—and dedicated people.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
