Working in SaT is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to become a world-class business advisor to some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world. You will gain technical expertise, access to a variety of industries, holistic views of clients’ issues and strategic objectives, as well as deep knowledge and firsthand experience with the range of value-creating solutions we provide. We believe that by helping companies manage their capital agenda and driving their competitive advantage, we’ll help them increase returns through improved decisions across all aspects of their capital agenda - and here you’ll be right at the heart of that mission.

What you will do

Our Quantitative Finance & Economics team members are dedicated to applying sophisticated techniques from corporate and quantitative finance, financial engineering, financial modeling and data analytics to assist clients in designing, understanding and valuing complex financial securities. Using the same set of skills, the team also works on challenging problems helping clients better understand and manage risk more broadly in various areas such as transaction structuring, credit portfolios, structured products and the residual value of assets. If you’re passionate about delivering the highest quality advice to clients, this rapidly growing team is perfect for you.

As a member of our team, you’ll work on a broad variety of financial instruments, credit and economic problems. The analyses will be used for many purposes including assisting clients with corporate strategy, transaction support, and financial, regulatory and tax reporting. You’ll be working in an intensive learning environment in which you’ll become a key team member developing new products and models, performing research and analyses, raising issues and challenging assumptions. In return, we’ll support you throughout your career and offer you an outstanding environment in which to develop and make an impact. You will have the opportunity to be part of a broader SaT team that creates and delivers broad, analytics-enabled solutions that align to our client’s focus on corporate finance, strategy, buy and integrate or sell and separate decisions, and reshaping of results.
