JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Taipei City, Taiwan
- Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work part time ( at least 24 hours a week), either in a hybrid or onsite or remote work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are seeking highly motivated Software Application Engineering intern/co-op to join our team. In this role –
• Support AE Team to triage/identify tech questions or issues when approaching ODM and OEM.
• Setup and verify AMD new features enablement on customer platform or CRB.
• Verify/provide testing Drivers and Debug tools to ODM and OEM.
• Debug and report issues status to SWAE/SWCE on AMD Jira system.
• Communication with ODM/OEM/AMD cross function team for clarfying issue detail.
• Study AMD SW features and technology.
• Share debug experience or SOP to other application engineers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• SW coding experience. Ex: C++, Python...etc.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, and the ability to work as part of a diverse and high-energy team.
• Knowledge of automated testing software, intrusion detection application.
• Good communication skills in English
