As the first point of contact for HR support in the America region for current and former employees, the primary responsibility is to resolve questions and issues related to employee benefits and other employee programs. This requires the ideal candidate to engage with Intel employees through various communication channels such as chat, email and phone to successfully and thoroughly resolve the employee issue while providing superb customer service. This will require extensive research of relevant guidelines while also staying actively engaged with the employee to ensure they are handled with care and concern during the entire process. In more complex queries the ideal candidate will be required to work across multiple teams to successfully resolve the customer issue. All team members are encouraged to share ideas to continuously help improve the organization by improving processes customer engagement and cross organizational collaboration.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be pursuing or has completed, a Technical or Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field OR 1+ year of experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced English level written and verbal.
6+ months of experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
