We are now looking for electrical engineers who like to be part of high-end Optical Transceiver performance and reliability tests. This role will give you a rare opportunity to affect and deliver a new class of products, aimed at delivering data at incredible speeds, using high end solutions to lead the world of high-speed optical communication to new extremes.
What you'll be doing:
Hands on qualification activities and failure debugging for new optical products.
Defining testing requirements for new products based on electrical and optical specifications.
Leading data-driven discussions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.
Working in front of various test teams, with the responsibility of addressing issues and monitoring the test flows conducted by them
Learning to use new technologies to enable improvement for generation to generation.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in electro-optics or electrical measurements.
Experience with establishing complex lab setups using various high-speed lab optical equipment (VOA, Optical spectrum analyzer, optical power meters etc.)
Creativity in finding solutions to tough problems.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analysis with examples to prove it.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Hands-on experience in lab measurements with an emphasis on high-speed electro-optical designs
Experience in data analysis
Basic scripting skills .
