Job Description
As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will lead the strategic execution of customer success initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer priorities and Microsoft's solutions. You will build deep relationships with key technical, business, and executive stakeholders—internally and externally—to drive customer outcomes and maximize the value of Microsoft’s portfolio. With a passion for delivering customer-centric value, you'll proactively identify and resolve blockers to cloud adoption and solution consumption through data insights and feedback loops.
In this role, you'll collaborate with account teams to uncover customer business and IT objectives, and align Microsoft’s technical capabilities to meet their goals. You’ll guide and coach others on effective stakeholder engagement strategies, helping to scale customer success practices across teams. Your leadership will drive impactful program planning, prioritized engagements, and executive-level program reviews, all focused on delivering lasting customer success and driving digital transformation at scale.
