The Global Business Program Manager - Intern Program role sits within the Microsoft Intern Program team within Early in Profession (EiP), a part of the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization. The Business Program Manager is responsible for the evolution, management, and execution of two early in career internship programs, Discovery (high school) and Explore (early in college) leading the strategy, operational processes, and programmatic deliverables for both programs and partnering heavily with recruiters in EiP to ensure year over year success.

Additionally, this person is also responsible for the program management of Global Intern Celebration and Hackathon Event, leading a global event team in the planning, design, and production of the Intern Program’s largest event of the year, driving connection between 3000+ interns while supporting learning and development efforts.

You should be comfortable working within a highly matrix-driven organization, exhibit organizational, communication, judgement, and analytical skills with a customer and compliance focus.
