We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team and help drive accessibility across our products and services. This role will play a critical part in embedding inclusive design principles into engineering workflows, ensuring our solutions are usable by everyone—including people with disabilities. 

As part of the Office of the COO, you will support accessibility execution across commerce and ecosystem services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, user-centered experiences. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility is not an afterthought, but a foundational element of how we build.
