Strategic Customer Engagement and Ecosystem Influence
- Develops and applies a well-established, adaptable customer strategy using proven methodologies to build a sustainable, long-term business portfolio.
- Collaborates across teams and external partners to influence the broader ecosystem.
- Builds strong relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives within the account and across the ecosystem to shape strategic direction and impact business outcomes.
- Expands strategic customer relationships to drive greater value and extend influence across other areas of the organization.
Customer Experience and Issue Resolution
- Proactively identifies risks to customer satisfaction, investigates root causes, removes obstacles, and implements recovery plans to enhance the overall customer experience.
Cloud Strategy and Industry Expertise
- Leads the development of strategies that highlight the value of Microsoft’s innovative cloud solutions, grounded in deep industry knowledge and aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- Leverages a network of internal industry experts to deepen understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer priorities.
- Uses comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft’s offerings to educate internal teams, influence customer capabilities, deliver competitive solutions, and support account team growth.
