You will lead a Cloud & AI Platforms Sales Specialist team that serves as trusted advisors and Azure subject matter experts. You will guide customers through their Cloud & AI transformation journey, helping them evaluate applications and business requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and demonstrate value to support decision-making. 

As a Microsoft Solution Area Specialist Manager, you will build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Azure Specialists. Your team will engage decision makers across Business and IT to drive adoption of the Microsoft Cloud & AI Platform, delivering measurable business value and securing long-term growth.  You will inspire and coach your team to success, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and leverage the partner ecosystem to solve customer challenges. You will lead your team in maintaining a strong, accurate pipeline, orchestrating sales motions across teams, and driving rigor in program execution to accelerate deal velocity and reduce time to deployment.
