The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a Producer & Systems Strategist to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production oversight, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring work is delivered at scale, on strategy, and with system-level efficiency. 

You’ll be responsible for producing across all altitudes — from executing fast-turn assets to building cross-functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners. 

Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.    

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
