Job Description
The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect will be an HQ role, covering and serving the various countries in MEA. The candidate will focus on the 3 priority Pillars of Customer Centricity, Technical Leadership and Business Impact. We continue to evolve & use the Tech Maturity Model to determine how to serve customers at scale. In FY26 you will play a key role in our customers realizing value in their MS investment, enabled by Unified & Enhanced Solutions. You do this through delivery of your technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring customers have a secure, resilient architecture. You will be the trusted advisor that leads our customers AI experiences. You will continue to focus on Job1/Job2 as per your accountabilities in the MCEM framework and deliver customer outcomes and business value to MS
Focus areas:
- Drive AI growth via Agents that drive Copilot Studio and where possible leverage Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot, & Azure AI services that optimize a customer’s outcomes & Copilot Journey.
- Vigilantly maintain the health of the Power Platform customer base.
- Strong UE execution to drive STU/CSU handoffs, usage & renewal growth
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities for Enhanced Solutions
Business Priorities:
- Accelerate AI share capture with Copilot + Agents: Simplify AI orchestration via a prescriptive Copilot Journey to accelerate AI share capture across M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio + Agents.
- Drive core business momentum: Drive balanced and strategic growth across discrete AI Workforce and AI business process targets (including ME3, FLW, W365, AVD, Sales, Service, ERP, CCaaS, Power Platform, and Business Central).
- Deliver usage excellence across all that we do: Drive Power & Agents Consumed Value (PACV) through Power Platform & Copilot Studio usage growth: Expand Usage Excellence execution to accelerate customer time-to-value & ROI, improve E3/Dynamics/Power Platform usage & renewals and optimize new capacity for Copilot & Agents.
- ES + Programs: Develop a deep understanding of hero Unified offers, changes to VBD portfolio, and FY26 programs (such as ECIF) so you can leverage them to drive ES + Usage growth. Improve Unified/ VAS attach across all sales plays following the Formula for Success and grow Enhanced Solutions
- End to End AI Journey: Take Customers through the Copilot Journey and transform business process with Agents. Vigilantly maintain the health of existing customer
