Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region.
- Relevant practical or internship experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate in English and one other EMEA regional Market language as noted in the job responsibilities to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant practical or internship experience with Google Ads and online advertising.
- Relevant practical or internship experience managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).
- Passion for sales and technology to help businesses grow online.
- Ability to complete a 13 week full-time internship in the internship location starting in either May, June or July 2026.
- Currently enrolled in your penultimate/final year of education.

Description
The Scaled Google Customer Solutions team is a sales team designed to grow small-sized companies with significant expansion potential. The team specializes in delivering the most effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models in the most efficient way for the business. Customer Growth Associates are the promoters who serve as the advocate of Google.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest, and skills.
- Communicate in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish, as this is a customer facing role that would include interactions with local stakeholders.
