Microsoft AI (MAI) team builds innovative and responsible AI-powered personalized web experiences across Microsoft Copilot, Edge & Bing, that inform, entertain, add value, save money, and breathe productivity into the life and work of millions of customers. The Search and AI Platform team in MAI delivers the cutting-edge infrastructure to run Bing, Edge, MSN Feeds and copilot scenarios.
The Search and AI Platform is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the future of the largest distributed computing & AI platform at Microsoft.
As a Principal Product Manager at MAI, you will be responsible for driving innovation and building the platform that delivers a high-quality search and grounding results to 100s of millions of daily active users around the world.
You should have a keen interest to bring in product innovation to solve real customer pain points as well as fix quality gaps on existing stack.
Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
