The Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO) group seeks a Sourcing Engineer II specializing in Mechanical Components. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, oversee negotiations of Product Supply Agreements, and execute associated contractual matters. An ideal candidate will have high ambition to grow with Microsoft and MDO.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in dynamic and demanding environments. The ideal individual will demonstrate an ability to resolve challenges through logical analysis, evaluating alternatives, adaptability, strategic planning, and effective communication—essential for guiding cross-functional teams through sourcing activities. Both quantitative and qualitative assessment skills are required to maximize available resources.
