With AI-enabled skilling at scale as a strategic business imperative, we are looking for a Senior Learning Development Program Manager to lead the alignment of anticipatory, progressive skill development initiatives to critical business needsThis includes leveraging AI to accelerate time to proficiency and ensure the practical development and application of new skills while working. This role focuses on scaling strategic skilling solutions across Microsoft. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Skilling, this role will evolve and model L&D program management next practices, foster team alignment, and represent the work of the team to leadership and key stakeholders.
