We provide key insights that influence Microsoft’s financial performance and strategic direction. Our scope includes FP&A for all financial activities--covering planning, forecasting, and reporting--along with investor Relations and Finance Data.
As the Senior Finance Manager, CFT Commercial Revenue, you will lead bookings forecasting and analytics while partnering on incentive compensation design and modeling and delivering insights for our Productivity & Business Processes segment. You’ll help tell the story of our productivity, professional network, and Copilot offerings for senior leadership, investors, and the Board of Directors. This position requires close collaboration with Finance, HR, and Sales teams to design frameworks, analyze performance, and provide forward-looking insights into revenue health.
As a strategic finance partner, you will:
- Combine analytical rigor with business acumen to deliver actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-level reporting and recommendations.
- Build connections across teams to scale best practices and promote new frameworks.
